12-14Aug16 -7th Cock & Bull Rally

What a weekend again! Weather was perfect for Friday as we all arrived and set up camp. Spent a lovely evening sitting in the sun until it was BBQ time, ably provided by Alan and Ann. Once the sun set, we went indoors for a quiz and a fab game which Martin & Liz had organised called "Feel my Bag" - make of that what you will but take it from me, it was a great ice-breaker. Saturday was ride-out day organised and led by Nigel so after a hearty breakfast, 12 bikes with 4 pillions set off, down the A4 towards Devizes with a stop for lunch in Amesbury. Off towards Salisbury then back via the A30 to Stockbridge, on to Kingsclere and back to Padworth for drinks and cake. Weather was fab although there was the odd drizzle but it didnt dampen spirits. After chilling out, it was games time again with some hilarious challenges. Soon it was dinner time and then auction time - thanks to all for the donations, it helped raise around £450 for Thames Air Ambulance. Jay then provided the disco which kept everyone dancing till very late. Sunday morning after another good breakfast, everyone packed up and said their goodbyes. Many thanks to eveyone from the various HOC clubs that came and gave their support - see you all next year?
