30Jul16 Calne

6 riders and 3 pillions went off to Calne today along some lovely A4 roads, thankfully the weather was perfect for the ride. Before arriving at Calne though Bryan and Alan S had to do a bit of bike recovery ...... no, not one of us but a Harley had not taken a corner and ridden straight into a field (I think it thought it was a tractor!!). Its lady rider had managed to keep the bike upright but could not get it out of the field, enter our superheros who obviously stopped to help. Once she was on her way, the guys carried on and caught up with the other Rabble members who had waited. Once at Calne, it was nice to stop and stare at all the bikes, including some one marque club stands like Royal Enfield and Norton. Rabblers then made their own way home.
